What is the minimum rice order?+
Rice is quoted from one 20ft container. Mixed pallets of several varieties inside one container can usually be arranged — mention it in your RFQ.
Which pack sizes are available?+
Export-grade cartons and bulk bags are standard. Retail-format bags for supermarket ranges are available as a project order.
Do you offer private label rice?+
Yes. Artwork, bag specification and minimum run are agreed per project with our trade desk.
How should bulk rice be stored?+
Keep in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse away from strong odours; rice readily absorbs moisture and smells.
What documentation is included?+
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis and, where the destination requires it, a phytosanitary certificate.
